Return Eligibility

Eligible Returns

You may return products purchased from Motolines within 14 days of delivery if:
  • The product is in its original condition
  • The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Electrical parts once sold and delivered or collected by the customer (in accordance with Bahrain regulations)
  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Products with broken seals or missing packaging
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Oils, lubricants, and fluids once opened due to safety and quality concerns
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order by:
  1. Provide Required Information: Please include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred refund method
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Package the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RAN in your package.
  4. Deliver the Product: Return the product using the delivery method specified in your return instructions. The product must be received by us within 7 days of issuing the RAN.

Inspection Process

All returned products undergo inspection to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If a returned product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to:
  • Refuse the return
  • Issue a partial refund

Refunds

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase:
  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
  • Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account
  • Cash on delivery payments will be refunded via bank transfer to your designated account
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) purchases will be refunded through the BNPL provider

Refund Timeline

  • Standard Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Payment Provider Processing: Please note that the actual refund timing depends on your payment provider and can take up to 45 days to appear in your account.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:
  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
  • Any taxes paid on the purchase
The refund amount will not include:
  • Delivery charges for the original delivery
  • Return delivery costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time for your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. We will arrange for return delivery at our expense
  4. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including original delivery costs

Defective Products and Warranty Claims

Defective products and warranty claims are handled according to both our policies and the specific vendor policies:
  1. Contact our customer service team with details of the defect
  2. We may request photos or videos demonstrating the defect
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions
  4. The resolution will be determined based on the applicable vendor policy for the specific product:
    • Some vendors may require inspection by authorized service centers
    • Warranty periods and coverage vary by vendor and product category
    • Certain vendors may have specific procedures for warranty claims
  5. Once the vendor policy has been applied and the defective product has been verified, we will:
    • Replace the product (subject to availability)
    • Offer an alternative product of equal value
    • Issue a refund according to the vendor’s policy
    • Facilitate repair through the vendor’s authorized service centers if applicable
Please note that vendor policies take precedence for specialized products and may have different requirements and timeframes than our standard return policy.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped:
  1. Log into your account and select the order you wish to cancel, or
  2. Contact our customer service team immediately with your order number
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process.
